Glenriddell Hall
The Glenriddell Hall is the community hall for Dunscore. It is an historic building that once housed the local school and a village library.
The hall is a well maintained building with modern facilities and disabled access and parking including
- A large main hall
- Toilets including disabled facilities
- A kitchen with up to date catering cooker, dishwasher and fridge
- Crockery, cutlery and glasses for 70
- Chairs and tables for 70
- A selection of indoor games equipment (short mat bowls, badminton, short tennis, table tennis, skittles)
- A sound system
- A hearing loop system
- Full central heating
The hall is available for hire at the following rates (these rates include heating):
- Local, non profit making groups - £6 per hour
- Private hire, profit making groups - £10 per hour

The Hall is run by a Hall Committee comprising representatives from the Community Council and the Church. The Committee were recently successful in gaining funding from Dumfries and Galloway Council, Awards for All and
